GLOWY & BEYOND Brazilian Membership Consent Form

1. Validity Period

The Brazilian Membership is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase. Unused sessions within the validity period will automatically expire and are non-refundable.

2. Reservation & Cancellation Policy

All services are available by appointment only. Reservations must be modified or canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a deduction of one session.

3. Non-Transferable

Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchaser.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are available after deducting used sessions and applicable fees, and a cancellation fee may apply.
Non-Refundable Conditions
  • Memberships that have passed 14 days from the purchase date
  • Memberships that have been transferred to another person
  • Promotional or limited-time offer memberships
Refund Request Period
  • A full refund is only available within 7 days of purchase, and only if the membership has not been used at all.
Membership Terms
  • Monthly membership renews automatically unless canceled with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
  • Sessions are non-transferable and must be used within the membership term.
  • No refunds for unused sessions or late cancellations (within 24 hours).
